FRASER COAST AREA
The Fraser Coast Area which takes in Hervey Bay & Maryborough was established in the early 1990’s and has steadily grown to a membership of over 105.
We are a friendly lot who enjoy a number of social & display events every year and encourage anyone with an interest in old Motorcycles to come along. We have a wealth of members knowledge as well as many books, magazine articles and information to assist with restoration, repair or maintenance of your machine.
Meetings
1st Sunday of each month at the Torbanlea Hall. Usually starting at 9.00am with coffee available beforehand and often a short ride after.
Events
Regular events throughout the year, starting with the Fraser Coast Rally in March and culminating in our showpiece Days of Glory Rally run in late October usually run at Kilkivan.
We also conduct regular rides around the district on a regular basis
- 2nd Sunday Slow bike ride alternating between Maryborough and Hervey Bay Maryborough start is at 9.00 am at Alice St Tennis Courts. Hervey Bay start is at 9.00 am at the United Service Station at Eli Waters 4th Sunday United Service Station at 9.00 am for ride to Goodies at Toogoom
- Every Tuesday Coffee ride Departs 9.00 am from Tennis Courts Alice St, Maryborough to Tiaro
- Every Friday Coffee ride from place of residence to Burrum Heads Bakery
- Every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday Contact Murray Buhse on 0409472585 for ride details. Start at the Community Centre at Tin Can Bay at 9.30 am.
